There’s a lot to love about doing lifestyle sessions. We love getting glimpses into a family’s day-to-day life. In a lot of ways, it feels more personal, because we’ve been graciously invited into someone’s personal space. (Side note: If you book a lifestyle session with us, we do not expect your house to be immaculate. Or even clean. You just had a baby.) Really, all we need is a room, preferably with good natural light!
We opted for the living room for a two reasons; We natural light seemed to be the best in this room and Kennedy’s older brother, Daxton (an adorable and very fast moving 2 year old), could play and hang out with us while we took pictures!
Kennedy is the absolute sweetest. You can tell that she is peaceful by nature. She was pretty alert for the first part of our session so we took advantage to get some of those awake shots and I mean… come on! Those faces!
